A single variety still cider made with a blend of keeved and non-keeved Yarlington Mill apples late on in the season. The cider is aged for 2 years to produce a smokey deep flavour but balanced with natural sweetness.
The Rawlins Family have been making cider for generations and started pressing cider commercially in 2012, still using the traditional methods that have been used in Somerset for hundreds of years. Since then they have won numuerous awards, including the Breakthrough Cider Maker Silver in 2022 as well as Gold at the British Cider Championships in 2022.
