Deliveries

We work with Parcelforce and use their 24-hour next day service.

They pick up from us Monday-Friday and deliver to you the next working day. Parcelforce are currently suffering from strikes, and during those next day is not always possible. We are looking at ways to mitigate against these delays.

Orders placed by 15.00 Monday-Friday are usually picked up that day and delivered to you the next working day- we don’t currently offer Saturday deliveries as the cost is too prohibitive. Orders placed after 15.00 will be picked up the following working day.

If an order contains Cheese, in order to ensure it reaches you in the best condition we won’t send it out on a Friday, so it doesn’t sit at a Parcelforce depot over the weekend. We will keep it refrigerated until we pack it on Monday ready for delivery to you on Tuesday.

Local Deliveries

We also offer local delivery for a small charge (£2.50) to these postcodes: TA10-15, BA6 and BA16. We aim to deliver in a couple of days after ordering and we’ll contact you to arrange the best time.

Alternatively, you can arrange click and collect from us for free- we are near Frogmary Farm in South Petherton, just off the A303- Mon-Fri.
