Sweet and strong, nutty and moreish. Matured for at least 12 months, this mature Cheddar from Keens is made from raw milk in the traditional way. The chesse crumbles in the hand yet melts in the mouth. Delicious in a sandwich, on its own as a snack or the perfect cheese to melt into your favourite savoury dishes.
Keens makes traditional cheddar cheese the way it should be. Back in 1899 there were hundreds of West Country cheese producers. Today Keens are one of only a small handful of those who have survived the test of time and are making traditional cheddar the way it should be, with raw unpasteurised milk from the farm's grass-fed cows.
