Winner of Best Cheddar and Supreme Champion at the Virtual Cheese Awards 22, this traditional raw milk cheddar is matured for at least an extra six months in the Keens cheese store. It is a big cheddar, full of flavour, tangy and rich, making a welcome addition on any cheese board.
Keens makes traditional cheddar cheese the way it should be. Back in 1899 there were hundreds of West Country cheese producers. Today Keens are one of only a small handful of those who have survived the test of time and are making traditional cheddar the way it should be, with raw unpasteurised milk from the farm's grass-fed cows.
