Item Description:

Light, fresh, and delicate on the nose, this perry pairs well with fish. Made with minimal intervention, using wild yeasts, it is a pet nat fermentation, off dry and lightly sparkling. Gould pride themselves on using heritage fruit, minimal intervention, wild yeasts, low sulphur, petillant naturel. The perries and ciders they make are clean & fresh and usually more reminiscent of a Breton style than the usual Cornish fare.
