Highly limited, first Perry from Find and Foster, just 200 bottles of this beautifully juicy, sherberty perry were made from four trees of the Blakeney Red & Butt varieties, found growing in a traditional orchard in Brampford Speke. Spontaneously fermented, before being racked in the early stages of fermentation to retain residual sugar. Then like their Pet Nat, they bottled the juice before the fermentation had finished to capture a natural sparkle. Each bottle was riddled & disgorged by hand for perfect clarity, & no sugar or sulphite were added. Oozing elegant notes of kiwi fruit, sherbet, fresh perry pear.
Find and Foster aim to find and foster traditional orchards in Devon through cultivating, nurturing and encouraging them to thrive. They work with farmers to help breathe life back into traditional orchards on their farms to prevent further decline and the extinction of important local apple varieties.
