Single variety medium dry sparkling perry produced by Hecks Cider in Street, Somerset. Dry, with rich fruit aroma. Rich and smooth. Dry tannic finish.
The Hecks family have been making traditional farmhouse cider in Somerset for six generations, since 1841. In 1896, they started to sell their cider from the farm shop in Street, where they are still based.
