A single variety cider blending Kingston Black from four different orchards, fermented slowly in stainless steel and racked in the winter to retain natural sweetness (Rural Method). Expect classic Kingston Black aromas of apple strudel, toffee apple and orchard floor. This cider is naturally medium sweet with fruity acidity and well balanced tannins. Drink with ripe cheeses or apple puddings.
Wilding Cider are orchard cider makers and are based in Chew Magna, North Somerset. They mostly grow Somerset cider apple varieties, in traditional orchards, managing them in a careful organic way. Fruit is picked from the ground, letting the fruit mature and fully ripen before pressing, and then fermented gently and slowly with wild yeasts, no sulphites and plenty of time.
