This still, medium cider is packed full of apple flavour. A blend using Yarlington Mill, Sweet Coppin, Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey, Browns together with various others and some Bramleys or other cooking apples. All the apples are hand picked from both Dowding's orchards as well as surplus local apples. Great care is taken to ensure none of the apples used are sprayed or fertilised. Named Tower Brue because of the panoramic views across open farmland to King Alfred’s Tower from the orchards, and a tributary to the River Brue that runs alongside,
Awarded Gold at Somerset Cider Championship 2021, People's Choice Award at British Cider Championship 2022, and Silver at the British Cider Championship at the Bath and West May 23.
