This sparkling cider is a bittersweet blend, complex and deliciously tangy with plenty of ripe apple character. Great match with shellfish, mexican spices and hard cheeses. The main apple varieites used are Harry Masters Jersey, Browns and Kirton Fair.
Sandford Orchards are based in Credition in Mid Devon, and housed in the oldest working cider mill in the country which Sandford have breathed new life into. Their ciders are made from fresh apple juice, pressed from locally sourced cider apples. Sandford Orchards consistently win prizes for their Ciders at international and national cider competitions.
