Hecks are Cider Makers from Street, near Glastonbury, and they've been making fantastic cider they for 6 generations. One of the more recent things they've been doing is producing 750ml bottles of Keeved Cider and Perry, Keeving is an artisan way to produce a naturally sweet Cider or Perry by causing the fermentation to stop early by starving the yeast of its nutrients. Rock & Gin Keeved Perry is their latest creation to hit the shelves, a fruity, full bodied Perry.
