Smith and Evans vineyard is on a limestone ridge in the heart of Somerset. The grapes are grown on 300 year old terracing originally built into the hill for cider orchards. The vines are cultivated in harmony with their surroundings, with rare flowers and grasses left to flourish between the rows to encourage a rich diversity.
