A miniature bottle of this premium spiced rum, handcrafted in the heart of Devon, using a unique blend of exotic Caribbean rums with added natural Devon spring water and infused with natural aromatic spices and citrus zest. The finished rum features rich aromas of charred orange peel, smooth caramel, and hints of cardamom. Its complex taste finishes with a warm crackle of cinnamon, tangy star anise, fresh citrus zest, maple syrup and a smack of peppercorn. Unlike many spiced rums, this expression is blended without vanilla to create a drier, less sweet spirit.
Awarded Gold at Taste of the West 2021 Awards. Can be served in a number of ways- neat on or off the rocks, with mixers such as Shrub, Colas, or Ginger Beers, or as part of your favourite rum cocktails.
