Juniper, coriander, orris root in addition to fresh lemon balm, rosemary and bay leaves, picked from the farm’s garden all play their part in producing this delicious gin. Perfect served neat on ice or paired with your favourite tonic water, garnished with a sprig of rosemary. Colwith Farm is Cornwall's first plough to bottle distillery.
