Made from the same base as Dorset Starlight but allowed to ferment for longer to produce a more traditional dry finish. It is completely natural with no sulphites or other additives. It is not pasteurised, just lightly filtered so may contain some sediment which leads to further conditioning in the bottle.

West Milton Cider Co (Nick and Dawn) started making cider back in 2000 down in West Dorset, new Bridport. All of their cider is produced through slow natural fermentation with no added sulphites or other chemicals. They start with good quality cider apples from their own and neighbour’s orchards, using a blend including Dabinett’s, Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey’s. 100% of the juice is used, pressed in their cider shed at Lancombe Cross, West Milton. After the long slow fermentation, locking in those delicious natural flavours and colours, the cider is bottled for us all to enjoy.
