A natural cider made from a blend of bittersweet cider apples, with no additives, and fermented slowly to a medium flavour. It is then fully filtered, pasteurised and bottled with a small amount of CO2 added to carbonate it and make it sparkling.
Awarded Silver by Taste of the West in 2015.
West Milton Cider Co (Nick and Dawn) started making cider back in 2000 down in West Dorset, new Bridport. All of their cider is produced through slow natural fermentation with no added sulphites or other chemicals. They start with good quality cider apples from their own and neighbour’s orchards, using a blend including Dabinett’s, Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey’s. 100% of the juice is used, pressed in their cider shed at Lancombe Cross, West Milton. After the long slow fermentation, locking in those delicious natural flavours and colours, the cider is bottled for us all to enjoy.
