UFO Dry is a still cider, blended by Matt at Tricky from a blend of apples from hidden and forgotten orchards across the Somerset Levels. Open fermented and unpasteurised, this is a truly authentic Somerset cider, and super tasty.
Tricky Cider was founded in 2004, taking it's name from Trickey Warren which was near where Steve and Alistair originally set the business up. Tricky is now run by Matt who is taking Tricky on the next stage of its journey, with the aim of producing and promoting high quality traditional farmhouse cider and working to regenerate forgotten orchards. Every drop of Tricky Cider is produced from fruit picked and pressed by themselves.
