Single variety cider made with a local favourite cider apple, Dunketons Late Sweet, with the original tree still standing by the River Brue next to the Dunketon's farm. Fermented to dry, this cider is naturally soft with low tannins making a wonderful light cider.
Tricky Cider was founded in 2004, taking it's name from Trickey Warren which was near where Steve and Alistair originally set the business up. Tricky is now run by Matt who is taking Tricky on the next stage of its journey, with the aim of producing and promoting high quality traditional farmhouse cider and working to regenerate forgotten orchards. Every drop of Tricky Cider is produced from fruit picked and pressed by themselves.
