A lovely clean natural cider with fruit to the fore, pleasing tannins, a bright golden hue and fine bubbles. Made from 100% handpicked, unsprayed Yarlington Mill and Dabinett apples, in a 60/40 ratio. Bottle fermented using only the natural yeasts, this is a naturally sparkling (pét nat), dry cider. Unpasteurised and unfiltered.
Temple Cider is a small-scale craft cider producer in West Dorset, close to the borders of both Devon and Somerset. They strive to make the type of ciders that they love to drink, real, full-juice ciders that are clean, refreshing and interesting.
