A lovely natural cider with a pleasing dry finish, glorious golden hue and soft, fine bubbles. Made only from handpicked, unsprayed Yarlington Mill apples. Bottle fermented using only the wild yeasts, this is naturally sparkling (pét nat), perfectly dry cider. Unpasteurised and unfiltered. 7.6% abv.
