Milo’s Magic (named after one of Temple Cider's rescue dogs) is a well-balanced, easy-drinking cider that is dry and lightly sparkling cider. Made from a blend of traditional bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples (Yarlington Mill, Kingston Black) plus a mix of unidentified apples from a timeless, unsprayed orchard. It's recommended to enjoy Milo's Magic at cool room temperature to bring out the mellow, bittersweet flavours.
Awarded Bronze at the IWSC 2023 'Sweet apple, camomile and pear notes. Crisp acidity, vibrant flavours and a dry finish.'
Paul and Jo say 'Named after our laid-back old rescue dog, Milo’s Magic is a well-balanced, easy-drinking cider. This is our go-to cider here on the farm as it goes so well with our favourite spicy foods. It’s absolutely delicious, if we say so ourselves!'
