Temple have released a set of three live Ciders in cans- live because the cider was still fermenting when it was canned, and so is classed as can-fermented cider. The Kingston Black is fruity, zingy cider with a soft, tannic finish and is 8.4% ABV. The Kingston Black apple is a classic traditional bittersweet cider apple.
Temple Cider is a small-scale craft cider producer in West Dorset, close to the borders of both Devon and Somerset. The cider-making talent behind Temple Cider is Paul, ably assisted by Jo and their three rescue dogs.
