A dry, strong and bold cider that is perfect for sipping and savouring, Dabinett is a bittersweet cider apple that is high in tannins and produces full-bodied juice. This is a true single variety made from 100% freshly pressed Dabinett apples with no other varieties involved. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurised cider, fermented with wild yeasts only. Bottled just before fermentation had finished, this still cider may gain a very slight natural sparkle in due course. These are the last of this pressing.
