This is a zingy natural cider with refreshing acidity, a beautiful colour and fine bubbles. Quite dry. Made from 100% handpicked, unsprayed Bramley and Chisel Jersey apples that were picked and pressed by Paula nd Jo and then and co-fermented. Bottle fermented using only the natural yeasts, this is a naturally sparkling (pét nat), dry cider. It is an unpasteurised and unfiltered natural cider.
