Southdown Dabinett

This is a still single variety cider with a medium finish, made using Dabinett, a very easy drinking bittersweet variety widely used for blending and great to drink on its own. This is an easy drinking medium cider whose mellow tannins appeal to those wanting a well-crafted but lighter cider.

Southdown Cider are a small artisan cider maker near Bruton, Somerset, producing quality cider all made from natural, local ingredients. In 2019, thier Premium Dry was awarded Supreme Champion British Cider at the British Cider Championships, beating 450 other British ciders.
