A medium, fine sparkling cider made in Devon using the Pétillant naturel (Pet Nat) method. A zesty and refreshing cider with a fine texture, delicious as an aperitif or with food. Made with a blend of apples (Tremletts Bitter 27% Yarlington Mill 22% Dabinett 22% Browns 20% Michelin 4.5% Fillabarrel 4% Sweet Coppin 0.5%), all handpicked from unsprayed orchards on the Smith Hayne farm.
Smith Hayne is a small batch producer in mid-Devon run by Will & Anna. The Smith Hayne farm dates back to the 1300s but the orchards had been lost over the years (as is all too common in the southwest) but were replanted in the 1970s.
