A medium sweet, naturally sparkling Pet Nat blend of 85% keeved & 15% non-keeved cider. Fermented naturally and made with a blend of apples (Dabinett 33% Yarlington Mill 33% Browns 20% Michelin 5% Tremletts Bitter 4% Fillabarrel 4.5% Sweet Coppin 0.5%)
Smith Hayne is a small batch producer in mid-Devon run by Will & Anna. The Smith Hayne farm dates back to the 1300s but the orchards had been lost over the years (as is all too common in the southwest) but were replanted in the 1970s.
