A medium sweet, naturally sparkling Pet Nat cider made using mainly keeved cider. Tangerine flavours, mineral, refreshing with natural sweetness. Delicious as an aperitif or with food. Fermented naturally and made with a blend of apples (Yarlington Mill 48% Dabinett 27% Browns 20% Michelin, Filbarrel and Sweet Coppin 5%) all handpicked from unsprayed orchards at Smith Hayne Farm.
Smith Hayne is a small batch producer in mid-Devon run by Will & Anna. The Smith Hayne farm dates back to the 1300s but the orchards had been lost over the years (as is all too common in the southwest) but were replanted in the 1970s.
