A sparkling, delicate and crisp perry, made predominantly from Blakeney Red perry pears, this award winning Perry is made with pears from orchards which haven't been sprayed or fertilised, and and fermented on Severn Cider's wild yeast.
The family have been making cider at their family home and now cider mill for 3 generations. Set within 4 acres of heritage orchards and established gardens, they are situated on the banks of the River Severn in Awre, the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire and are continuing to plant cider apple and perry pear trees at thier new orchards in Blakeney, home of the famous Blakeney Red Perry pear.
