It is vibrant, light and fresh with fragrant green apple and strawberry notes and a subtle sweetness and crisp natural acidity. Undertones of melon, honeysuckle and citrus fruit. Works well with delicate foods such as steamed fish or a chicken risotto.
Sandford Orchards are based in Credition in Mid Devon, and housed in the oldest working cider mill in the country which Sandford have breathed new life into. Their ciders are made from fresh apple juice, pressed from locally sourced cider apples. Sandford Orchards consistently win prizes for their Ciders at international and national cider competitions.
