This single variety, still, dry cider has been left to age in the bottle to produce a drink full of flavour and tannin with natural smokey flavours complimenting its complexity.
The Rawlins Family have been making cider for generations and started pressing cider commercially in 2012, still using the traditional methods that have been used in Somerset for hundreds of years. Since then they have won numuerous awards, including the Breakthrough Cider Maker Silver in 2022 as well as Gold at the British Cider Championships in 2022.
