A still medium cider with nice acidity balanced with sweetness to make an easy drinking traditional cider. Unfiltered and matured for a minimum of 12 months.
The Rawlins Family have been making cider for generations and started pressing cider commercially in 2012, still using the traditional methods that have been used in Somerset for hundreds of years. Since then they have won numuerous awards, including the Breakthrough Cider Maker Silver in 2022 as well as Gold at the British Cider Championships in 2022.
