Made from a blend of apples from new and old traditional orchards. Hand picked fruit from late in the season have been keeved and left in the barrel a little longer than Rawlins sweeter keeved bottles to allow it to ferment to a medium dry/medium dry, sparkling cider. Disgorged to remove the sediment leaving a cider with slight natural sweetness balanced with some acid from Browns apples.
The Rawlins Family have been making cider for generations and started pressing cider commercially in 2012, still using the traditional methods that have been used in Somerset for hundreds of years. Since then they have won numuerous awards, including the Breakthrough Cider Maker Silver in 2022 as well as Gold at the British Cider Championships in 2022.
