A single variety, bottle conditioned perry in a very limited run. This is dry, with an element of sharpness. with a light fizz.
The Hecks family have been making traditional farmhouse cider in Somerset for six generations, since 1841. In 1896, they started to sell their cider from the farm shop in Street, where they are still based.
