This sumptuous Godminster Oak-Smoked Vintage Organic Cheddar is made using Vintage Organic Cheddar before being cold-smoked over sustainably-sourced oak chippings. The organic cheddar cheese is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months and then smoked for up to 10 hours. This gives the cheddar a rich depth of flavour with a smooth texture.

Godminster Farm is set on the outskirts of the town of Bruton, Somerset, where the historic pedigree is recorded as far back as the Doomsday Book of 1086.
