Barrel fermented, aged and blended Wild Ale. Yonder selected the very best of thier barrels, aged up to three years, to create this five barrel blend. The complexity of semi-spontaneous ale, aged in oak, brings layers of nuanced flavour, reminiscent of natural dry white wine, that is perfect to drink now and will age beautifully in the bottle.
