Brewed with juice from South Somerset-grown cider apples and fermented with Yonder's unique wild ale cultures. Sir Pants is a dry and funky beer and cider hybrid, much more than the sum of its parts, and is is the younger sister/brother to Serpents, another great Yonder funky beer and cider hybrid.
Yonder is a modern farmhouse brewery, based in the Mendip Hills of Somerset. They brew beers inspired by their passion for three things: foraging, flavour and fermentation.
