Ninkasi has long been a favourite at Wild Beer due to its versatility of flavours that work so beautifully with food. This brew takes this further by bringing in some acidity to balance with the rich saison character and is blended in Wild Beer’s infamous sour beer 'Somerset Wild'. The Wild Beer Company believe their beers are more memorable and more flavourful because they make them using nature, science and a little Somerset magic. Set against the backdrop of the Somerset countryside, they are a true farmhouse brewery. Being surrounded by nature never fails to inspire their approach to making beer. 7.2% ABV.
